制作的新科技部分有效，部分无效

之前修改英国、德国均无问题，所写新科技也均有效，但是我定义印度新科技的时候，却出现了部分有效，部分无效的问题，请问是什么原因呢？

比如这个红色的科技，是我自己新定义的科技，然后把它定义在印度的ypMonastery这个建筑中，但是打开游戏却一直都无法在ypMonastery中找到这个科技，并且会出现，某些地图中会显示，另外一个地图中无法显示

有没有可能是挤出格子外面了？
