[求助] 决定版想在MOD基础上制作新卡片，卡片就是出不来

更改地方：原有activetechs没有激活卡片，需要选择新卡片，但是决定版选择卡片功能已作废，需要设定默认激活卡片，在activetechs添加上去即可
